He personally went to the kitchen and asked the cook about a clean cooking area (the kitchen is in-view from the main dining area, so I could see him talk to the cook). He hadn't heard of Celiac disease before but was very accommodating when I explained that I couldn't have any food that had cross contact with gluten foods. I asked him if the cook could clean the grill or use a separate pan to cook my burger patty and if the could use clean utensils. Before being seated, I asked to talk to the manager and asked him if they could accommodate precautions for preparing my food safely. First time trying it out and I was impressed and would certainly dine their again. Not 5 star and a little bit better than 4.
